Mike, the word is flouting, not flaunting. It's a common error because the two words are homonyms, but don't mean the same thing.

I'll bet a shiney new nickel he signs the bill. I've seen him in action as Denver's mayor and now Gov.

I commented about Salazar, who said women in college should be content with whistles:

"Someone needs to give this guy a whistle. He can blow it when the angry mob is stringing his ass up from the nearest lamp post."

Although I don't know if I got the imagery right...
